Brian Savage has been a personal trainer in the Atlanta area for the last sixteen years. He is a nationally certified, full time, highly qualified trainer who also holds a degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition. For over a decade Brian has been working with people who are looking to shed their skin, and perhaps some of what lies just underneath, and step into a brand new body.He is also a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. He has a multitude of highly respected certifications including, ACSM, ISSA, ACE, NSCA, NCCPT, NASM, and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I've made it my passion to help people like you learn how simple it is to shed fat, develop and sculpt muscle and take total control of the way you look and feel. I am sure you have attempted diets, “magic” pills and numerous exercise routines; however none of them worked to bring you the long term, permanent results that you wanted to achieve. I've spent countless hours studying the body and the information I've acquired has brought me to a position I don’t take lightly.
